telling anyone they are there.

15. Why does someone come into the
clinic and go straight in for their appointment when I have been
here for ˝ hour?

complaint. There are 8 simultaneous rooms for which appointments
can be booked for the many different testing procedures and
there are always two Physicians seeing Patients as well. We have
had people walk out and complain thinking someone has jumped the
queue when in fact that Patient is here for a different
appointment. In general testing procedures are usually on time
and Physicians are usually running late.
